Intermediate Bearded
These plants are intermediate between the SDB and TB, both in height and bloomtime. Blooms here mid-May to mid-June. Very vigorous. 15-28" tall. They do well at the front of an Iris bed and start the season early. Top award is the Hans & Jacob Sass Medal (SM).

Eternal Summer

Eternal Summer (Chuck Chapman 2012) Sp-X, E RE 20" Heavy and consistent rebloom on this purple self that resembles aphylla parent in bloom conformation. Reblooms very early, and continues for a long time. Very close to being an everbloomer. Has 10-12 flowers on its 20" flower stalk. Blooms open consecutively, leading to a long bloom period per stalk. Starts rebloom about 3-4 weeks after finishing spring bloom...........................$8.50.
